Full Planning and Design

The most popular tier! The host or hostess, in this tier, gets to sit back, kick your feet up or hit the dance floor while we take care of all the details. Enjoy your time and just celebrate. It is a full design and execution of your event that includes but not limited to:

On-site coordination and execution
Venue selection
Managing the budget
Developing the event timeline
Negotiating and arranging rentals
Hotel accommodations
Transportation to and from event
Equipment rental
Provide invitations, event stationary and favors...etc.
Entertainment and music selection
All vendor selection and coordination
Gift bags

Partial Planning and Design

With this tier, you have chosen to handle majority of the details and on your own but could just use some help throughout the process.
You may consider this tier if you need help with decorations, hotel accommodations, invitations, event stationary, favors, Event set up and take down or developing the event timeline.

Event Management

Prefer to do all the design and planning on your own but need help seeing that your vision is executed to perfection! In this tier we will assist with the coordination and timeline of your event.

Planning and Design Consultation

Need help with fitting your wishes into your budget? Need that creative help with the design? Or need help with vendor selection. This tier is perfect for you!
This tier has a set rate of $35/hour.

To any tier you also have the option to include add-ons:
